Job Overview We are seeking a new Senior Project Construction Scheduler to join our team at Ardmore Roderick. As a Senior Project Construction Scheduler, you join a team of infrastructure solutions experts working to solve our client’s ever evolving project needs. This opportunity will be located at our client on-site field office at the Memphis International Airport.
Key Responsibilities
Interfaces with various teams within the organization to develop a detailed integrated master program schedule for capital improvement projects and monitor project performance
Creates and maintains the integrated master program schedule for design, procurement and construction scope performed for capital improvement projects
Participate in developing and maintaining fully integrated resource loaded schedules using standard project management scheduling and earned value methodology
Participate in maintaining and developing time-phased budgets, work schedules, work breakdown structures, project codes, calendars, contract processing, new project setup and cost account plans
Operate software applications based on business/system requirements, primary focus will be on Oracle Primavera P6
Interface with the project’s technical staff, financial staff, project managers and the functional managers on aspects of scheduling, cost estimating, risk and earned value analysis
Participate in monitoring the efforts of consultants and contractors
Monitor status of project schedules and ensure information is accurate across city systems
Review progress updates to AMS (Asset Management System) and updates P6 schedule accordingly
Develop project resource needs as aligned with resource needs identified in the Basis of Estimates (BOE)
Maintain configuration management on project documents including schedules, change control, management plans and work authorization documents
Perform variance analysis, baseline changes and corrective actions
Review contract time extensions and maintain the changes in the system
Develop presentations pertaining to the project schedules, resources and project performance
Support project team in developing, implementing and maintaining project controls systems
Gather, validate and analyze project monthly performance data
Process Estimate to Complete (ETC) and Estimate at Completion (EAC) updates
Development, review, and update of supporting project documentation
Maintain resource loading in P6 for timesheet system
On an ongoing basis, develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including resource loading schedule activities
Generate resource projection curves and cost forecasts based on the resource-loaded schedules
Conduct schedule update sessions and update schedules in a timely fashion
Develop relationships with project stakeholders for communication of overall project plan and to support project performance while promoting value of scheduling
Required Qualifications
B.S degree in Construction Management or related field
10-15 years of experience in scheduling as a project control specialist
Experience performing on-site work including renovation of major components within an airport terminal such as baggage handling, pedestrian tunnel, perimeter roadway and ticket counters
Knowledgeable about multi-phase, multi-discipline and facilities renovations or expansions
Understand the difference between and manage baseline, working, and forecast schedules
Have at least five years of advanced experience using Oracle Primavera P6
Working knowledge using Oracle Primavera Cloud in a construction environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Collaborator mindset and the ability to communicate proficiently in written and verbal forms
Have great organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Project Management Institute (PMP) Certification
Project Management Institute PMI-SP Certification
Experience in an aviation project environment

Salary Range: $148,720-179,920, Ardmore Roderick is providing the compensation range that the company believes it might pay for and/or offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
