Job Overview We are seeking a new Financial Systems Support Analyst to join our team at Ardmore Roderick. As a Financial Systems Support Analyst, you join a team of infrastructure solutions experts working to solve our client’s ever evolving project needs. This teammate plays a key role in supporting and enhancing the Illinois Tollway’s maintenance and asset management system. This system is used by approximately 700 users across various departments and divisions. This opportunity will be located at the client site in Lilse, IL and could have potential to be hybrid depending on the specific client, project and team needs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical and functional support, assist with process development and contribute to reporting and data integrity efforts
Provide day-to-day support for asset and maintenance management systems, including troubleshooting and user assistance
Assist in the development and testing of new system features, workflows and updates
Help create and maintain reports, dashboards and maps to support decision-making
Support GIS data integration and spatial analysis efforts
Conduct data quality reviews and assist with data cleanup and validation
Contribute to user training and documentation efforts
Collaborate with internal teams to improve system processes and user experience
Monitor system performance and escalate issues as needed
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field
2+ years of relevant experience in system support, in asset management or financial systems
Proficiency in reporting tools and Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Have a team player mindset with the ability to communicate proficiently in written and verbal forms
Have good to great organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree(s)
Familiarity with Geographic Information System (GIS) tools and enterprise systems
Exposure to engineering, maintenance, operations, financial and compliance processes in a capital-intensive organization
Experience in the transportation industry including design, construction and operations

Salary Range: $72,800-93,600, Ardmore Roderick is providing the compensation range that the company believes it might pay and/or offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
