Job Overview We are seeking a new Assistant Project Manager to join our team at Ardmore Roderick. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will join a team of infrastructure solutions experts working to solve our client’s ever evolving project needs. This opportunity will be located onsite at the client location in Florida and requires a daily onsite presence. Key Responsibilities
Serves as a direct support resource to the client’s Project Management Office (PMO), assisting in the coordination and delivery of multiple concurrent projects
Support Project Managers in the planning, coordination and execution of assigned projects within the client’s portfolio
Track project performance against scope, schedule and budget baselines, ensuring variances are escalated promptly
Coordinate activities between internal departments, contractors, consultants and external stakeholders to ensure alignment
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, risk logs, meeting minutes and status reports
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, verify alignment with project plans and coordinate with field personnel and inspectors
Review contractors pay applications and change orders for accuracy and compliance with contract terms
Assist in coordinating project activities within an active port environment to minimize disruption to business operations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business or a related field
3–7 years of experience in project coordination or project management support
Demonstrated experience working on maritime or port projects
Proficiency in project management tools such as Procore, ACC and MS Project
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Have a team player mindset with the ability to communicate proficiently in written and verbal forms
Have good to great organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with maritime safety standards or regulatory environments
Experience with public-sector procurement policies and regulations

Salary Range: $95,680-121,056, Ardmore Roderick is providing the compensation range that the company believes it might pay and/or offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
