Job Overview
We are seeking a Construction Management Intern to join our team at Ardmore Roderick for the 2026 summer season. As an Construction Management Intern, you join a team of infrastructure solutions experts working to solve our client’s ever evolving project needs.  This opportunity will be located in our client field office at the Memphis International Airport.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support project team with meeting coordination, file management, document control and progress reporting
  • Provide progress updates to supervisor and be receptive to learning about construction management
  • Assist with collection and review of information for quality reporting to appropriate parties
  • Relate and apply knowledge acquired in the academic setting to work activities
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, structural, electrical, and civil partners
Required Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a four-year degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture from an accredited university
  • Ability to learn quickly, ask good questions, and take ownership of follow through on assigned tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Have a team player mindset with the ability to communicate proficiently in written and verbal forms
  • Have good to great organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior internship experience
  • Interest in construction management coordination and constructability concepts

Hourly Pay: $25, Ardmore Roderick is providing the compensation range that the company believes it might pay and/or offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
