Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leadership to align talent acquisition strategies with overall business objectives.
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier talent that aligns with the company's goals and growth
- Develop strategic plans for building candidate pipelines and implementing effective hiring strategies within a fast-paced professional services environment for salaried and hourly roles.
- Manage and execute full-cycle recruitment process.
- Provide guidance on diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a diverse and inclusive workforce
- Analyze recruiting metrics, market trends, and industry best practices to continuously improve talent acquisition processes and outcomes
- Develop and equip hiring managers with interview and selection skills, training and resources.
- Manage Talent Acquisition systems and software. Advise on innovation opportunities and industry best practices.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, universities, and recruiting agencies to expand the talent network
- Develop talent acquisition infrastructure and processes.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage high performing Talent Acquisition initiatives.
- 5+ years of Full-Cycle Recruitment experience.
- 3+ years of experience in TA leadership.
- Ability to partner with senior leadership to align talent acquisition strategies with overall business objectives.

- Experience in AEC industry, Construction, or similar field preferred.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in Talent acquisition.
- SHRM-CP, PHR, SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential, or other HR/Recruiting certifications are a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office – Excel, word, some power point experience.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, facilitation, team building, collaboration, organization and problem-solving skills
