Job Overview We are seeking a new Assistant Project Manager to join our team at Ardmore Roderick. As an Assistant Project Manager, you join a team of infrastructure solutions experts working to solve our client’s ever-evolving project needs. This opportunity will be located in our Aviation Field Office at O’Hare Airport and have potential to work for home one day a week and subject to change based on client needs. Key Responsibilities
Partner with client representatives
Manage the appointed Construction Manager At-Risk (CMR)
Support Project Managers with stakeholder coordination, interface management, design and construction oversight, value engineering, reporting, problem solving, risk assessments, preparation of presentation materials and day-to-day project and technical management activities
Assist with preparation of project details across various phases
Provide technical support to Project Managers on design project delivery methods, contract packages and project execution plans
Interface with the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) team
Assist in managing the design of multi-discipline projects
Assist with technical review of design and construction documents
Assist with development of the project schedule
Assist with development of design and soft costs
Prepare Task Order Service Request documentation for assigned projects
Support resolution or responses to Requests for Information (RFIs)
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or similar field of study
5-15 years of relevant project experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Have a team player mindset with the ability to communicate proficiently in written and verbal forms

Salary Range: $99,985-149,988, Ardmore Roderick is providing the compensation range that the company believes it might pay and/or offer for this position, based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
